Return & Store Credit Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at ahiraranga@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order using your store credit.


European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our return eligibility criteria.


Store Credit Only

Approved returns will be refunded as store credit, issued in the form of a digital gift card or code that can be used on any future purchase.
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return and your store credit has been issued.
